Every title that shipped a Nintendo WFC online mode already opens in the Wi-Fi player — look for Play Online on its card. Opt in here to route the rest of the DS library through the Wi-Fi player too. Now with Wi-Fi Pokémon Platinum goes online too — its card opens the melonDS Wi-Fi player for the GTS and Wi-Fi battles (select melonAP in-game). Offline it still runs the save-compatible DeSmuME player, one click away on Play Offline, so an existing Gen 4 cartridge save keeps working.
